I invested 30,000 dollars in structural upgrades and complete inside renovations after our marriage into (His) house which was to be our home. Suddenly after 6 years, he's asked for a divorce, leaving me penny less. The monies were allocated from equity from my home that I refinanced, which left me upside down in my mortgage. How can I recover this money, since he's confident he can get a divorce and not have to be generous in alimony.
