Why Choose Our Firm
We handle more divorce, matrimonial, support, and custody matters than other firms. We are arguably the most successful firm on Long Island in the area of divorce, matrimonial, support, and custody, based on the amount of cases that we have on the contested calendars of the local court systems.
For example, the Unified Court System for New York State has its own website which you can access at www.courts.state.ny.us/home.htm. By accessing this state/county court system website, a prospective client can then click on courts and on the new screen click on e-courts, enter the subsection labeled webcivilsupreme, and then click attorney-firm search. A search of the undersigned firm as of October 1, 2008, shows 15 pages of cases in Suffolk County alone with over 25 cases per page. These cases represent only cases in which a judge has been assigned, and not cases that are either in their early stages or have settled. This result is far greater than any search on any competitive firm. The search reveals that our firm has more cases in the court system than any other firms that deal exclusively with divorce, matrimonial issues, support, and custody.
Criteria for choosing a lawyer
When choosing a lawyer, choose the lawyer who is the most successful attorney and who has the most experience. Based on the shear amount of cases handled by the undersigned firm, that law firm is Bryan L. Salamone & Associates, P.C.. We have more cases because we are more successful! We have the experience to handle your matter to be a successful conclusion.
Our firm concentrates all of its efforts practicing exclusively in the area of divorce, matrimonial, and family law. We feel we have more expert experience and resources in these areas than any general practice firm. If you are going through a divorce, hire a divorce attorney—not a personal injury attorney or a bankruptcy attorney. We know what we’re doing; we know what to expect; and rest assured, we have seen it all.
